6 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
Put all ingredients into an air tight container and shake to combine. Leave in air tight container for storage.
*Substitute whole wheat flour for a healthier version.
To Make Pancakes:
2 cups of milk
4 Tbsp melted butter
Separate egg whites and yokes. In one bowl whip the egg yokes then add the melted butter. In another bowl combine egg whites and milk and whip, once frothy add the egg yoke mixture. In a separate bowl scoop out 2 cup of your dry pre-made pancake mix. Make a well in the dry pancake mix and pour in the wet ingredients. Stir just until combined, do not try to get out all the lumps. Makes roughly 12 pancakes.
*Can add what ever flavour combinations you wish. (example: Apples & Cinnamon, Vanilla, Chocolate chips, Blueberries, etc.)
