1 1/2 cups of frozen berries
1 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp low fat Greek yogurt
2 cups of spinach
Add berries, honey, yogurt, and water into the blender. Blend until smooth then add spinach. Blend again until spinach is incorporated.
*Add different fruits for different flavours.
*Add 1/2 cup of uncooked old fashion oatmeal to make a great breakfast smoothie to help keep you full.
