Jalapeno Popper Chicken

As I child I always loved jalapeno poppers. They were a beautiful combination of spicy and creamy. I thought this recipe was a wonderful twist on one my childhood favourite appetizers. Even with the creamy aspect this chicken recipe might be just a little to spicy for children. My boys love it but not all children like spicy food. If you try it yummy recipe, let me know what you think.
