1 1/2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup of chopped almonds
1/4 peanut butter
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup peanut butter chips.
Spread oatmeal on a baking sheet and stick in the oven at 350°F until slightly golden brown. Once oatmeal is done pull out of the oven and place in bowl with chopped almonds and half of the milk chocolate chips. Combine honey and peanut butter in a sauce pan over low/medium heat. Remove peanut butter and honey mixture from the stove and pour over oatmeal mixture, stirring to combine. Spray a 9×9 inch glass baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into baking dish, pushing down until it is an even layer on the bottom. Let cool for 10 minutes than sprinkle with peanut butter chips and remaining chocolate chips. Gently push the peanut butter and chocolate chips into the oatmeal than cover the dish and place in the fridge for an hour to set. Once set cut into 8 bars, individually wrap and store in freezer.
