Pulled Pork Gyro's with Sweet Chili and Tzatziki Sauce

This recipe has become one of my favourites and it's actually very quick and easy to make. It is full of fresh flavours for summer. I typically make gyros with my Greek herb rubbed chicken breasts, but making these with pork gave it a bit of a different spin. Adding the sweet chili sauce to these sounds weird but it added another layer of flavour that makes this Gyro recipes just a little different, but so delicious. If you give this recipe a try leave my a comment and let me know what you think.
