Turkey Reuben Sandwich

  1. 2 tsp dijon mustard

  2. 4 slices dark rye bread

  3. 2 slices swiss cheese

  4. 8 slices of turkey sandwich meat

  5. 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained

  6. 4 tbsp thousand island

Put 1/2 tsp of dijon mustard in each slice of bread and spread. Place slice of swiss cheese on each slice of bread and then spread 1 tbsp of thousand island dressing on top of cheese. On 2 of the slices of bread pile on 4 slices of turkey and 1/4 cup of sauerkraut then cover with 2 remaining pieces of bread. Heat a pan to medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Once pan is hot place sandwich in pan and place another heavy pan on top of the sandwich as a weight. Once sandwich is crispy on the bottom flip and cook the other side the same way.
